Dedicated vehicle courier work across the Perth metro.
Some business deliveries need more than a standard courier booking. The freight is bigger than a courier vehicle can take safely, the schedule needs a vehicle locked in for the day, or the work requires the vehicle to stay exclusive to the job from pickup through to drop. That’s where dedicated vehicle work fits.
What it covers
Vans and larger vehicles allocated specifically to your job for a defined window — anything from a half-day to a full day or longer. It suits bulkier freight, larger consignments, multi-drop work that needs a single vehicle through the day, and jobs where the vehicle has to wait between pickup and delivery rather than rolling on to other work.
Common reasons businesses book dedicated
A site move that needs a vehicle held for several hours. Bulky equipment that won’t sit safely in a standard courier van. Multi-stop work — supplier to workshop to customer — that’s cleaner with one driver than three handoffs. Freight that needs to ride without other items in the load.
How we scope it
Before we confirm a dedicated booking, we’ll work through the vehicle requirement (van, tray, tail-lift, capacity), the time window, any loading or unloading help needed, and the access conditions at each end. The point is to get the vehicle and the scope matched up before the job starts, not midway through it.
What dedicated work isn’t
It isn’t the right service for fast single-delivery work where a standard urgent courier would do the job at a better rate. If a thirty-kilo parcel needs to go from suburb A to suburb B and it doesn’t matter whether the driver picks up another job afterwards, that’s a courier booking, not a dedicated vehicle.
